Why vote for him?
Andre Miller was a lot better than his career stats indicate especially because his numbers vastly improved his junior and senior years. He proved he could be a starting point guard on a Final Four team as he led the Utes to be the runner-up in 1998. He ended up getting picked 8th overall in the NBA Draft but he was chosen for this tournament due to his stellar college career. Vote for Andre if you like a point guard that can help your team win at a high level.
#14 Britton Johnsen
Career Per Game Stats: 9.6 points 5.2 rebounds 1.1 assists
Career Totals: 1051 points, 570 rebounds, 120 assists
Second-team parade All-American (1997)
MWC Player of the Year (2002)
Why vote for him? Vote for Britton if you like a tall player with NBA talent on your team. He was very great as a freshman and was still great after serving an LDS mission. Despite playing in 25 fewer games than Andre, he was every bit as valuable to the program. Both players were on the same team when Britton was a freshman. As they say, you can’t teach seven feet and 6 foot 10 Johnsen was close to it.
