The Utes’ hosted #2 Pitt.

06 September 2026 – SLC, Utah

Utah Volleyball hosted their “Utah Classic” tournament over the weekend. Visiting teams included: Long Beach State, Eastern Illinois, and Pitt. Yesterday, the Utah women closed out the early-season tourney against Pitt Pabthers at the Huntsman Center.

Pitt bested the Utes 3 sets to 1 to remain #2 overall in the nation, behind the powerhouse Nebraska.
