The Crossover: Utah Jazz by the numbers
The Jazz offense clicked early in the first quarter. Mike Conley manage to get eight early points. The Jazz shot 52 percent from the field and made 5-11 from beyond the arc.
Defensively, the Jazz stopped De’Aaron Fox from scoring in the first quarter. Fox had zero points, zero rebounds, and one assist in the first 11 minutes of his playing time.
The first quarter ended with the Jazz leading by one point 29-28.
The Jazz managed to stretch the lead 44-36 with six minutes left in the first half.
The first half ended with the Jazz leading 54-49. Conley continued shooting well in the first half, shooting 5-7 (71 percent) from the field and 2-2 (100 percent) from beyond the arc.
To begin the third quarter, the Kings focused on attacking the rim. They tied the score at 64-64 with seven minutes left in the third quarter. Mitchell had been putting on the works, shooting 4-6 from the field (67 percent).
In the final quarter to play, the Jazz continued the offensive momentum, leading 96-82 with 9:30 minutes left to play. The Jazz dominated in the third quarter, shooting 16-23 (70 percent).

Late in the game, the Jazz were interrupted in their attempt to keep the game out of reach. A fan in the front row vomited excessively all over the floor. Players, coaching staff and others were caught on video making some funny reactions. It’s not the only time something weird happened at a Jazz game. One time a bat started flying around the arena.
The Daily Double-Double
Donovan Mitchell led the Jazz with 26 points while Rudy Gobert had a double-double with 21 points and 13 rebounds.
